Michael Grimm leads all HOLT CAT heavy equipment machine sales for its Northern Region, which includes the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. His areas of responsibility include market share performance, financial performance, continuous improvement, and sales development for in-territory machine sales and rental, as well as team collaboration and self-development.
Michael joined HOLT CAT in 2007 as the District Sales Manager in Fort Worth. Prior to HOLT CAT, Michael worked for Caterpillar Inc. for 11 years in various marketing, sales, and dealer development capacities, including Machine Sales Representative, Sales Operations, and as a 6 Sigma Black Belt focusing on operational and process improvement.
A native of Peoria, Illinois, he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Advertising and Spanish
from Southern Methodist University.
Michael and his wife Jodie have three sons.
